Website enquiries and tutoring arrangements

This website provides information about our tutoring services and allows you to submit enquiries. It does not process payments. Submitting a form is an enquiry, not a booking or acceptance of a tutoring arrangement. An arrangement is confirmed only when we confirm it to you in writing.

Tutors and certification

Tutors on our team hold ACPT certification. As part of the application process, we check the certificate number provided by an applicant using ACPT’s public verification service.

Fees

Hourly rates displayed on this website are indicative and may change. We will confirm the applicable rate in writing before a session takes place and notify you of any change before it applies to sessions already arranged.

Cancelling and rescheduling

Sessions are arranged individually. Please notify us as soon as reasonably possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a session; we will do the same if a change is required on our side. Any cancellation terms applicable to a particular session will be stated in its written confirmation.

Your conduct

• Provide accurate information, including only certificate details that you are authorized to submit.
• Do not use the website forms to send automated, bulk, or unsolicited promotional messages.
• Do not interfere with the operation or security of this website or attempt to circumvent certificate verification.

Our content

Unless otherwise stated, the text, images, and design on this website are owned by or used under licence by Propel. You may access, link to, and print website content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce it for commercial purposes or represent it as your own.

Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep this website available and its content accurate. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, and we may modify, suspend, or withdraw any part of the website.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability to the extent that it cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Subject to that, our liability in connection with this website is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Propel is established, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The version applicable to a tutoring arrangement is the version in effect when that arrangement was confirmed. The current version and its revision date will be published on this page.
